Showing Off

Okay, so I'm showing off a bit because I'm excited.  After owning the same "boombox" (at least that's what it was when I got it) for over a decade- the first machine I ever owned for playing CD's in my room - WOW 1999 looping over and over - the soundtrack to Space Jam rocking as I cleaned my room (you know, those three or four times) - it finally let go.  It still workson occasion, but as I put in my favorite CD's (yes, I'm one of few people on the planet who still doesn't use an MP3 player) for background music while cooking or doing dishes, the times it played the music were getting fewer and further between.  My beloved needed to be replaced.  And this is the beaut that gave it the boot:

Isn't it dazzling?  Shiny and red and just perfect for my Coca-Cola themed kitchen.
